Our Story

Fashion that feels like a deep breath.

Mode began in 2017 in a sunlit Marylebone studio, with a simple belief: clothing should be gentle on the body, the wearer, and the planet. We work only in natural fibres, dye in small batches, and finish every seam by hand.

Each Bloom piece is cut from deadstock and certified organic cloth, then made to order so nothing is wasted. Slow, considered, and quietly beautiful — the way getting dressed should feel.

How does made-to-order work? +
Once you order, we cut and sew your piece in our London studio. Most orders ship within 10–14 days. You'll receive a confirmation with your size profile so we get the fit exactly right.
What sizes do you offer? +
Bloom runs from UK 4 to 24 as standard, and every piece can be made to your personal measurements at no extra cost. Our genderless tailoring is designed to flatter a wide range of bodies.
Can I return or exchange a piece? +
Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days, free in the UK. For made-to-measure pieces we offer one free remake or alteration if the fit isn't perfect.
What is lifetime mending? +
Every Mode garment comes with free repairs for as long as you own it — buttons, hems, small tears, the lot. Just post it back and we'll return it good as new.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide with carbon-offset delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated transparently at checkout, with no surprise fees on arrival.
