A studio that believes good design should make you smile, not just impress the neighbours.

Atelier is a tight-knit team of designers, makers and project managers based between London and Lisbon. We sweat the millimetres, joinery reveals, grout lines, the exact warmth of a bulb, but we never forget that a home is meant to be lived in, laughed in and occasionally jumped on.

A clear path, no surprises

Great interiors are not lucky accidents. Here is the four-stage process we run on every project, big or small.

Discover

We meet, walk the space, and dig into how you really live. Budgets, dreams and dealbreakers all on the table.

Week 1
02

Design

Concepts, mood boards, 3D visuals and material samples you can actually touch. We refine until it feels right.

Weeks 2 to 5
03

Build

We coordinate trades, joiners and suppliers, and keep the site honest with regular visits and clear updates.

Weeks 6 to 14
04

Reveal

The fun part. We style every surface, fix the lighting and hand you the keys to a space that feels finished.

Absolutely. Our Refresh package is built for single rooms, and plenty of our favourite projects started as "just the kitchen". No project is too small if you care about getting it right.

A single-room refresh can be designed in three to four weeks. A full-home Signature project usually runs three to four months from discovery to handover, depending on the scope of any building work.

Yes, and we love it. Mixing the pieces you already cherish with new finds is what makes a home feel personal rather than showroom-perfect. We will always tell you honestly what is worth keeping.

Either. With Signature and Commercial packages we coordinate trades, suppliers and site visits so you have one point of contact. Prefer to project-manage yourself? We will hand over a complete, build-ready spec.

Our studios are in London and Lisbon, and we travel for the right project. We also offer a fully remote e-design service for clients further afield, delivered over video calls and a shared digital workspace.
