Marketplace guidelines
Sell your ideas, code, and creations as licensed digital goods. Everything runs on Vibes; creators are paid a cash revenue share on cash-out. Here's how it works and the rules that keep it safe for everyone.
How to sell
Open “List an item”, write a clear title, a full business plan/description, add a cover, a gallery of screenshots and a demo video, choose your license, set a price, and confirm you created it. Your deliverable is encrypted at rest and only ever revealed to a verified buyer.
How to buy & what you get
Buy with Vibes. The work is delivered into your “My builds” and opens in the Studio so you can keep building on it, plus you get a signed certificate of ownership. Standard licenses are non-exclusive; an exclusive purchase transfers all rights and delists the item.
Ownership & protection
Every sale is an immutable record and yields a unique ownership certificate (no blockchain, no crypto risk). Deliverables are encrypted, revealed only to owners, and carry an invisible per-buyer license marker so leaks are traceable. Identical content can't be re-listed (content-hash check).
Fees
Buyer service fee 5%, seller commission 10%, optional creator royalty 0-10% on resales. Cash-out of marketplace earnings has a 30% platform fee and is reviewed before payment.
License (what the buyer gets)
Standard (non-exclusive)
You keep the original and may sell to many buyers (template-style).
Exclusive (one-time transfer)
Sold once, all rights transferred; you can't resell it afterward.
