Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of VibeCampus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Hosted Forms (Vibe Backend) & data processing
When you enable the Vibe Backend (hosted forms), forms on the sites you build send submissions to VibeCampus, which stores them and notifies you. For this feature you are the data controller of your visitors' personal data, and VibeCampus acts as your data processor, processing submissions only to provide this feature, using sub-processors for email delivery and hosting.
You must inform your visitors and obtain their consent; a consent checkbox and privacy notice are added to generated forms by default. You are responsible for the data you collect and how you use it. We store submissions only with visitor consent, keep them for a limited retention period, and let you delete or export them at any time from your inbox.
1. Who we are
VibeCampus (“we”, “us”) is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Note for the operator: replace the bracketed details with your real business information before launching commercially. In Korea this includes your 상호, 사업자등록번호, 대표자, 주소, 통신판매업 신고번호 and 연락처.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use VibeCampus only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One person should hold one account.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Vibes (virtual currency)
Vibes are a virtual item used inside VibeCampus to access AI features and perks. Vibes are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the service except where we expressly allow it.
Vibes you receive for free (sign-up bonus, check-ins, events, referrals) are promotional and may expire or be adjusted. Vibes you purchase are covered by the refund rules in section 5.
We may change how many Vibes an action costs or grants. We will not retroactively remove Vibes you have already fairly earned or purchased without cause.
5. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (for example monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
For purchased Vibes and digital content, you may request a refund of any unused portion within the period required by applicable consumer law (for example, the statutory cooling-off period). Vibes that have already been spent, and content already delivered or consumed, are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
6. What you create
You keep ownership of the projects and content you create with VibeCampus. By publishing to the Showcase or community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and share that content within the service so it works as intended.
AI-generated output can be imperfect or resemble other works. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish or ship and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use VibeCampus to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass people, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or its AI systems.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
8. AI features and third parties
AI features are powered by third-party models, including Anthropic’s Claude and Google Vertex AI. Your prompts and the content you submit to these features are processed by those providers to generate results.
AI output is provided for assistance and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as professional advice.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or to comply with the law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
VibeCampus is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes and automatic updates
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Auto-update principle: whenever a new feature, menu, category, event, or Vibes policy is added or changed, these Terms and the Privacy Policy are updated to match and the change is reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Our principle is to always disclose, with no gaps.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Questions? Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL], or via the in-app “Live support” chat / “Talk to a human”.
13. Buying Vibes (top-ups)
Vibes can be purchased in fixed packs (e.g. from ₩1,100 up to ₩5,000,000) and are credited the moment payment succeeds. If a payment fails, errors, or is cancelled, nothing is deducted and no Vibes are added.
Bonus Vibes (pack bonuses and free grants from signup, check-in, referrals, etc.) are promotional, may change or end without notice, and are NOT eligible for cash-out.
Vibes credited or deducted in error due to a system fault may be corrected (clawed back or re-granted) by us.
Refunds for purchased Vibes and content follow Section 5 and applicable consumer law. Refund review may take up to 1 month from the request.
14. Cashing out Vibes
Only MARKETPLACE SALES revenue is eligible for cash-out — a revenue share the company pays the creator as an intermediary in the sale, not a currency exchange. All other Vibes — purchased, bonus, free grants, team support, tips/boosts, and earned rewards — are spend-only inside VibeCampus and cannot be cashed out.
A minimum amount and a platform fee (currently 30%) apply; the face value is 1 Vibe = ₩1 for display. The exact fee and net amount are shown before you confirm.
Process and timing: (1) request a cash-out, (2) approval review (processed within 1 month of the request), (3) once approved, the actual deposit takes about 1 week. Your legal name and payout details are required for verification and are used only for the payout.
We may hold or decline a cash-out where we suspect fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law (e.g. anti-money-laundering). Requesting a cash-out requires agreeing to this section and to the fee and timeline.
15. Free earning (ads, check-in, referrals, arcade)
Ad rewards are granted only after an ad is actually watched to completion. Check-in, streaks, and community contributions are subject to daily, per-account and per-network (IP) limits.
Referral rewards are granted once per account, only when a referral code is entered at signup (an existing account cannot enter one). If we detect abuse such as one person farming with multiple accounts, we may claw back rewards or restrict earning.
All such free Vibes are not eligible for cash-out.
16. Teamwork (collaboration)
Teamwork is voluntary project collaboration between users. It does not create an employment relationship between you and us, or among users.
A team's publicly declared equity/revenue split is a mutual understanding to help members; any legally binding revenue or equity agreement must be made by a separate contract outside the platform. To prevent monopolies, a leader's declared share is capped at 50%.
Team support and performance rewards are paid in Vibes — in-platform credit to build together, not cashable — and we take a platform fee (currently 5%) on each payment. The team's real income arises only from marketplace sales, distributed by the declared share. A member can only be removed by a majority vote of the team (no single person can fire anyone); if you believe you were removed unfairly, you can appeal via “Talk to a human”.
Access to and downloads from a team workspace and its creations follow the team leader's approval settings.
17. Marketplace and intellectual property
The source code and deliverables of a listing offered for sale are viewable and downloadable only by the owner and legitimate buyers. Copying, reverse-engineering, redistributing, or stealing another user's work, code, or content without authorization is prohibited.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, claw back earnings, and take legal action for violations.
18. Content preservation and backups
User creations, posts, projects, and team work are not permanently destroyed the instant they are deleted; they may be kept recoverable for a period (soft delete), and regular backups are performed to protect data. Specific retention follows the Privacy Policy.
