Data processing for sites you build (direct connection)
Visitor data collected by the sites and apps you build (form submissions, sign-ups, orders, bookings) is saved into an external database YOU own and connect yourself (for example, your own Supabase account). VibeCampus does not receive, store, or hold this data, and is neither its controller nor its processor.
You are the data controller for the personal data your sites collect: you must inform your visitors, obtain their consent, and comply with applicable law. A consent checkbox and privacy notice are added to generated forms by default, but final compliance responsibility is yours. The previously offered platform-hosted backend (hosted forms) has been retired; disposal of any residual data from that era follows the notice in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
VibeCampus ("we", "us") is operated by 바이브캠퍼스 VibeCampus (CEO HUHJUNMIN). Business registration no.: 750-77-00505 · Mail-order business no.: 2026-화성동탄-0575 · Address: 66 Dongtan-daero 1-gil, Dongtan-gu, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea · Contact: support@vibecampus.app / 010-7542-5163.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. We do not currently collect your date of birth; by accepting these Terms you confirm that you are 14 or older. We may ask for proof of age where needed, and accounts found to belong to children under 14 are suspended and their data deleted under the Privacy Policy.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use VibeCampus only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Paid purchases by minors must stay within the scope of that consent and may be cancelled under applicable law where consent was missing.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One person should hold one account.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. On withdrawal, your personal data (email, name, real name, contact details, profile) and any stored secret keys are deleted or anonymized right away, and your public content is hidden. Visitor data collected by sites you built lives in your own external database, so you manage and delete it yourself. Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment, cash-out, and transaction records) are retained, separated from identifying data, for the statutory period and then destroyed. See Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Credits (virtual currency)
Credits are a virtual item used inside VibeCampus to access AI features and perks. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the service except where we expressly allow it.
Credits you receive for free (sign-up bonus, check-ins, events, referrals) are promotional and may expire or be adjusted. Credits you purchase are covered by the refund rules in Section 5.
We may change how many Credits an action costs or grants. We will not retroactively remove Credits you have already fairly earned or purchased without cause.
5. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Payment method and currency: all payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars (USD), including for customers in Korea. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data; PayPal handles them. Credits are credited, or a subscription activated, ONLY when PayPal confirms the payment as approved and completed; if a payment fails, is incomplete, or is cancelled, no credit or charge occurs.
Subscriptions: paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Right of withdrawal (refund): you may request a refund within 7 days of payment (or of the date the item became available). Because Credits are divisible digital content consumed unit by unit, refunds apply only to Credits that have NOT been used at all after purchase.
Credits already spent, and digital deliverables whose provision has begun or completed (for example: generating a build, site, app or game; running or editing AI; downloads; translation; image or video generation), are non-refundable, as permitted for digital content under applicable consumer law. We disclose this limit clearly at checkout and obtain your consent before payment.
For Credits granted by a subscription, a full refund of that period is available only within 7 days of payment if you have NOT used any of those Credits and have not used premium features; if any were used, only the unused balance is considered.
Exception: if there is a material service failure on our part or a defect in the content, you may obtain a refund or remedy under applicable law regardless of the above period or limits. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under consumer-protection law.
How to request: contact us via in-service support or support@vibecampus.app; valid refunds are processed back to the original method (PayPal) within a reasonable time after confirmation. See Sections 13 and 14 for top-up and cash-out details.
6. What you create, and responsibility for AI output
You keep ownership of the projects and content you create with VibeCampus. By publishing to the Showcase or community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display and share that content within the service so it works as intended.
AI-generated output can be imperfect, contain errors, resemble third-party works, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users. Before you publish, sell, or distribute output, you are responsible for reviewing its lawfulness and rights status (copyright, trademarks, likeness rights) and for securing any rights you need.
If you distribute output outside the service and the law that applies to you requires AI-generated content to be labeled as such, complying with that labeling duty is your responsibility. We do not warrant the accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI output.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use VibeCampus to break the law, infringe others' rights, harvest other people's personal data without permission, harass people, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service or its AI systems.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.
8. AI features and third-party providers
AI features run on third-party models. Text and code generation, editing, and live support use Anthropic (Claude); image, video, music, and speech generation use Google (Vertex AI: Imagen, Veo, Lyria; Cloud TTS) and ElevenLabs (music). If automated content-moderation or search-quality features are enabled, OpenAI may be used; if failover routes are enabled, the same family of models may be served via Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
Prompts, content, and attachments you submit to AI features are transmitted to and processed by those providers to generate results. Anthropic's API and Google Vertex AI state that API inputs are not used to train their models by default; for other providers, training use follows each provider's policy. We do not train our own AI models on your inputs. If you do not want this transmission, simply do not use the AI features. See Section 2 of the Privacy Policy for details.
If you register your own API key (a BYO key), those calls are governed by your contract with that provider; your key is stored encrypted, you can delete it in settings at any time, and it is deleted when you close your account. External connection keys (such as Supabase) are additionally destroyed automatically after long non-use.
AI output is provided for assistance and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or to comply with the law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
VibeCampus is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes and automatic updates
We may update these Terms. For material changes, or changes unfavorable to you, we will give reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Auto-update principle: whenever a new feature, menu, category, event, or Credits policy is added or changed, these Terms and the Privacy Policy are updated to match, and the change is reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Our principle is to always disclose, with no gaps.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Questions? Contact us at support@vibecampus.app, or via the in-app “Live support” chat / “Talk to a human”.
13. Buying Credits (top-ups)
Credits can be purchased in fixed packs (currently from ₩5,900 up to ₩4,999,900, also priced in USD/JPY/CNY) and are credited the moment payment succeeds. If a payment fails, errors, or is cancelled, nothing is deducted and no Credits are added.
Bonus Credits (pack bonuses and free grants from signup, check-in, referrals, etc.) are promotional, may change or end without notice, and are NOT eligible for cash-out.
Credits credited or deducted in error due to a system fault may be corrected (clawed back or re-granted) by us.
Refunds for purchased Credits and content follow Section 5 and applicable consumer law. Refund review may take up to 1 month from the request.
14. Cashing out Credits
Only SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS from a successful funding-market campaign are eligible for cash-out: a revenue share the company pays the creator as the sales intermediary, not a currency exchange. All other Credits (purchased, bonus, free grants, team support, tips/boosts, and ad/check-in/arcade/referral rewards) are spend-only inside VibeCampus and cannot be cashed out.
A minimum amount (currently 30,000 Credits) and a platform fee tiered by your plan (currently 20% to 30%; free plan 30%) apply. Note: 1 Credit = ₩1 is the in-service SPEND value only. The cash-out redemption rate is set separately and is LOWER than ₩1 per Credit (quoted in USD), and any transfer or currency-conversion fees charged by the payout provider are borne by the recipient. The exact rate, fee, and net amount are always shown on the request screen before you confirm.
Process and timing: (1) request a cash-out, (2) approval review (processed within 1 month of the request), (3) once approved, the actual deposit takes about 1 week. Your legal name and payout details are required for verification; they are used only to process the payout and meet legal duties, and are retained for the statutory record-keeping period.
We may hold or decline a cash-out where we suspect fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law (e.g. anti-money-laundering). Requesting a cash-out requires agreeing to this section and to the fee and timeline.
15. Free earning (ads, check-in, referrals, arcade)
Ad rewards are granted only after an ad is actually watched to completion. Check-in, streaks, and community contributions are subject to daily and per-account limits, and network (IP) based checks may additionally be applied to prevent abuse.
Referral rewards are granted once per account, only when a referral code is entered at signup (an existing account cannot enter one). If we detect abuse such as one person farming with multiple accounts, we may claw back rewards or restrict earning.
All such free Credits are not eligible for cash-out.
16. Teamwork (collaboration)
Teamwork is voluntary project collaboration between users. It does not create an employment relationship between you and us, or among users.
A team's publicly declared equity/revenue split is a mutual understanding to help members; any legally binding revenue or equity agreement must be made by a separate contract outside the platform. To prevent monopolies, a leader's declared share is capped at 50%.
Team support and performance rewards are paid in Credits (in-platform credit to build together, not cashable), and we take a platform fee (currently 5%) on each payment. The team's real income arises only from successful funding-market campaign settlements, distributed by the declared share. A member can only be removed by a majority vote of the team (no single person can fire anyone); if you believe you were removed unfairly, you can appeal via “Talk to a human”.
Access to and downloads from a team workspace and its creations follow the team leader's approval settings.
17. Marketplace and intellectual property
The source code and deliverables of a listing offered for sale are viewable and downloadable only by the owner and legitimate buyers. Copying, reverse-engineering, redistributing, or stealing another user's work, code, or content without authorization is prohibited.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, claw back earnings, and take legal action for violations.
18. Content preservation and backups
When you delete a creation, post, project, or team work item, it is immediately hidden (soft delete) and may be kept internally for error recovery, dispute handling, and buyer protection (so legitimate buyers of a sold work keep access). If you want retained deleted content permanently erased, you can request it as described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
Our database runs on a managed cloud service whose backup and recovery mechanisms apply. Specific retention and destruction rules follow the Privacy Policy.
